Who is responsible

What is collected
- Your email address when you submit a form on this site. Nothing else is required.
- Enquiry details — name, company and the message you write — if you use the contact form.
- Page views: the path you visited, the referring page, and your browser's user-agent string. No IP address is stored, no cookie is set, and no third-party analytics script runs.
Why
- To send you the free lab pack and, if you asked for it, notice when the course is released.
- To answer an enquiry you sent.
- To know which pages are read, so the unread ones can be fixed or removed.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions in a database (D1).
- Zoho provides the mailbox that sends and receives the email.
Neither is used for advertising. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing.
How long
Email addresses are kept until you ask to be removed. Enquiry records are kept for 24 months so a conversation can be picked up again, then deleted.
Your choices
- Reply to any email with "remove" and the address is deleted from the list.
- Email info@wireandshield.com to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You will get an answer within 30 days.
- No account, no password and no payment details are stored on this site.
Cookies
None are set. The page-view counter uses no cookie and stores no identifier that could recognise you on a later visit.
